Terms of Use
Last Updated: March 7, 2017
Alright, let’s get this out of the way. This is our Terms of Use agreement. It’s the official rulebook for using our services. By working with us, you’re agreeing to everything below. We’ve tried to keep it as straightforward as possible.
The Short Version (The Gist)
Our service is designed to provide high-quality academic assistance, from tutoring and editing to completing assignments, which you can use as a guide and reference. You agree to use our help responsibly and understand that you are ultimately accountable for your own academic work and integrity. You agree to pay for the services as we’ve discussed. We promise to be honest, do good work, and keep things confidential. That’s the core of it.
1. Our Services
We provide academic assistance. This includes, but isn’t limited to:
- Assisting in writing and editing essays, reflection papers, Research Papers, Dissertations, Reports and discussion posts.
- Assisting with or completing full online classes.
- Helping with last-minute assignments.
- Rewriting and improving drafts, including those that may have been generated by AI.
Important: The work we provide is intended to be used as a reference, a study guide, or a foundation for your own work. You are responsible for understanding the material and for adhering to your school’s academic integrity policies.
2. Your Responsibilities (The Ground Rules)
When you use our services, you agree to a few things:
- Academic Integrity: You acknowledge that you are responsible for how you use the work we provide. Submitting our work as your own without proper citation may violate your school’s honor code. We are not responsible for any academic or disciplinary consequences that may result from the misuse of our services.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information about your assignments, including prompts, deadlines, and any specific instructions from your professor.
- Communication: You agree to communicate with us directly and honestly. We’re a small team, and clear communication helps us help you better.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian to use our services.
3. Payments and Refunds
- Payment Structure: We’re flexible. Payments can be made weekly, bi-weekly, or per milestone, as agreed upon before we start. We don’t typically require full payment upfront for new clients.
- Refunds: Because of the custom nature of our work, we generally do not offer refunds once work on an assignment has begun or has been delivered. However, we’re human. If you have an issue or are unhappy with the final product, please talk to us. We’ll do our best to make it right.
4. Our Commitment & Disclaimer
- Quality of Work: We promise to deliver high-quality, 100% original work that is free of plagiarism and tailored to your instructions. We aim for A’s and B’s and will tell you upfront if we don’t think we can meet that standard for a specific task.
- No Guarantees: While we aim for top grades, we cannot guarantee them. Grades are subjective and depend on many factors, including your professor and your overall class performance.
- Service “As Is”: Our services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including poor grades, academic penalties, or any other negative outcomes that may arise from using our service.
5. Confidentiality
Your privacy is paramount. We will never share your name, email, assignment details, or the fact that you used our service with any third party. All work is kept confidential, and your information is deleted from our records after our engagement is complete.
6. Ending Our Agreement
We reserve the right to stop working with you at any time if you are dishonest, disrespectful, or violate these terms. You can also choose to stop working with us at any time, subject to the payment terms for any work already completed.
7. Changes to These Terms
We might update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the new version here. Continuing to use our services after any changes means you accept the new terms.
